| "Here is one family who has put their UHB card to good use. One of their children was ill so they visited their family doctor who is in the network. They were charged $93 for an extended office visit. When the bill was repriced in office they paid $43! Later they visited a local Eyemaster vision center. The eye exam and glasses chosen cost $433 and they paid $158! They also ordered contact lenses through the mail. Before ordering they had been quoted $269 for a three month supply by a local vision center. But they checked the UHB mail order program and found they could purchase the lenses for $101!
